Relax at the Grand Turk Cruise Center
An international driver’s license (IDL) is not required if your license is in English. Additionally, on Grand Turk, you must drive on the left side of the road. Grand Turk is a relatively small island at only 6.5 miles long, so getting around is very simple. Rental vehicles and taxi services are the main modes of transportation and there is no public transportation available. All equipment is included in the base price of your snorkeling fee.

There’s no main building with services and a waiting room with seating. Instead, the Grand Turk Cruise Center -- as it's officially known -- is a huge indoor-outdoor complex with shops, restaurants, a massive freeform pool and a beach lined with loungers. But traffic is sparse, and with a population of about 5,000, most people know one another's names. You may even see a horse or donkey, once a means of transportation during the days of Grand Turk's salt industry, roaming along Governor's Beach or through the narrow alleys in historic Cockburn Town.
